way behind...

Hey there!  How are you?
We're just plugging along here in the Holmes house.  It's wrestling season, so it's a different life, but it's all good.
I never wished my wonderful mother a happy birthday- so Happy Birthday, Mom!  You're the best and we love you!
I also was so happy that my parents decided to come down to spend Thanksgiving with us!  We all had a great time.  My dad and Jeff were able to go off on a few adventures, which was good, and of course, we all ate good food and had lots of laughs.
School is going fine.  I often think just how good I have it.  I work with people that I genuinely like, I get to exercise with kids all day, and I don't have to go to work on the weekends, when it snows, or during the summer.  Does it really get much better?  I'm feeling blessed about that, because there are lots of people who don't enjoy their jobs.
The girls are doing well.  Claire can sometimes give us a run for our money, but I guess that's all part of the parenting thing...right?! (just say yes!)  She decided on her own that she wanted to start sleeping in her big girl bed.  I left the crib up for about a week, because I wasn't sure if she'd change her mind, but she told me over break that she didn't need her crib anymore, so she helped me take it down!  She's also been great with the potty, even when we're out, she tells us she has to go, which is awesome.  Anna is a good girl too.  She has been battling a cold for several weeks, and had a horrible sounding cough over Thanksgiving break, but it seems to have gotten better, which I'm thankful for.  She is so close to rolling over, but let's be honest...she's the second kid, and I now realize what being able to roll over means....me having to be even more careful!  No leaving her on the changing table to help Claire in the potty, or whatever!
I was terrible over break with taking pictures...and I did a HORRIBLE thing.  My mom took several cute pictures, but some how I deleted all of the pictures that were on  her memory card.  (Talk about feeling horrible!)  So I don't have many to share, but this one in particular makes me laugh!
