Fun!

We had a great weekend!  My sister Kadi and her two kiddos, Vivian and Jack, came down for a quick visit.  It was extra special that they were here for Valentine's Day!

In all honesty, the weekend didn't get off to a great start!  I got a call from the daycare that Anna was throwing up.  Kristi had actually taken a sick day herself, and was off, and I was teaching health (and my co-worker who was also in health was out, with no sub) so it was difficult for me to leave, and Jeff was out of town for wrestling.  Although Kristi wasn't feeling great herself, she got Anna for me and spent the day caring for her.  The poor pitiful child got hit pretty hard with the stomach bug.  She's had a rough weekend and is definitely not herself, but has made little strides throughout the weekend.  Now, we keep praying that she didn't share her germs with anyone else!

So, because Anna was sick, Kadi and the kids went right to Kristi's and then came over on Saturday morning.  The kids had a great time playing with each other!  They got along beautifully and really seemed to enjoy having each other around.  We honestly didn't go anywhere or do much of anything!  With Anna being sick, and it being so darn cold out, we thought it was best to stay inside!

Of course the time always goes too quickly, but we're so glad Kadi came for a visit!  Here are some pictures from the weekend.
