Trucks

I tried my hand at some truck cookies for a baby shower favor.  They were a bit more work than I thought they'd be, but I made a few "rookie" mistakes, and I would change my process a bit when I make the same cookie again.  Overall, I don't think they turned out too bad, but I am my own worst critic, and I think they could have been better.  From what I understand, however, they were well received at the shower, which is really all that matters!
