Towson

A few weekends ago, we all traveled to Towson to watch my cousin Drew's football game.  It was a beautiful (HOT!) day, which is better than cold, or rainy...in my opinion!  We arrived a few hours before the game so we were able to tailgate with my Aunt Nan, Uncle Andrew, and cousins, Sara and Monica.  It was so awesome to see them, and to catch up.  

The game was great.  Towson won big, and the girls did so great.  I'm not going to lie, I'm a mess when  Claire doesn't nap, mostly because I assume how grumpy she's going to be, and then it will just make everyone's life miserable, but that wasn't the case.  She was so good!  Since it was so hot, Kristi and I took both girls to the car at half time.  We blasted the AC and I fed Anna, while Claire had a snack and watched a video on the phone while cooling off.

After the game we did some more tailgating and Drew joined us!  It was fun to catch up with him for a little while, and it's always nice to eat good New Jersey food!

I think Claire was asleep in her carseat less than 5 minutes after we left the parking lot, which was around 5:00 pm, and then she went straight to bed when we arrived home (after I tried to wash her up as best I could!) and she continued to sleep until after 7:00 the next day!  She was beat!  And honestly, so were the rest of us!

 As you can see...Claire was a HOT MESS!  She did, however, love playing in the cooler, and jumping from the curb!
