I love 6th grade girls. (Most of the time...minus all the silly drama, of course).
Today, I had a student ask me who else I "liked" besides Mr. Holmes. Ha! She said, "everyone who has a boy friend likes someone else, so who do you like? Another teacher, or someone that doesn't work here?"
I told her I don't have a boy friend, Mr. Holmes is my husband and I like him just fine!
She couldn't believe I didn't have a crush!
How can you not love that?! To live in the mind of a 12 year old girl again! Pure bliss.
