I'm here!

Oh hey there!  How the heck are you?  You're probably wondering the same about me, right?  Life has been a little hectic around here, but it's summer, and all is good!

First of all, we moved back in to our own house.  We packed everything up, as you may know, and then found out that the buyers of our house were mislead by their lender, and didn't have the financing they thought, so I decided I needed to just give up on the whole moving thing for awhile.  We've already started a few projects around here, which will make me feel better about staying put.  Let me be real honest...I was very bummed about the whole deal falling through.  I was excited to find a new house, but I guess at this point, I need to count my blessings.  The lending company has "made this up" to us by offering a few things, which is nice, and we appreciate what they're doing.  We will be able to refinance at a lower interest rate, which is great.  So, it's kind of like every free minute I've had for the past several weeks went to unpacking!  (and fulfilling cookie orders!  I've had lots of those lately!)  Not to mention, I do things a bit slower than I would in my "normal" life! :)

Speaking of, I'm feeling great, and have about 8 weeks (or so) to go!  Eeeek!

So that's the story, in a nut-shell.
Now that we're mostly settled, and it's summer, I hope to make more frequent appearances here!
