Hello!
I haven't forgotten about you....I just have been, well, kind of busy, I guess!
I have lots to report, and really need to get some pics on the computer and share them with you.
Claire is growing like a weed. She had her 5 month check up not too long ago, and that went great.
We also traveled to New Jersey to spend the weekend with my Aunt Nan and Uncle Andrew. We even got to see Sara and Monica. Jeff stayed with us one night, but then traveled into NYC to spend the weekend with "the boys" at the Big East Basketball Tournament. I suppose he would have had more fun if Syracuse didn't lose, but oh well....maybe they'll win it all?!
Claire has bronchitis, and also two bad ear aches...that's what the doctor said. He said they were very red, but he never used the word infection, so I'm hoping that's a good thing, and she won't be prone to ear infections. She's on 2 antibiotics now, and seems to be doing better. She still has a pretty bad cough, but it's getting a little better each day.
We went to a few St. Patrick's Day parties this weekend. We had a fun time at both parties.
We are loving the weather around here. Glorious!
We're leaving for Florida very soon, and we just can't wait! We're very excited to get away and spend some time in the pool and the warm sunshine.
We decided to put our house on the market. (know anyone who wants to buy a house?!) We don't really HAVE to sell, since we don't really have anywhere we need to move, but I would love to move to a more kid friendly neighborhood and buy a house I really love. (don't get me wrong, I like this house, but I constantly tell Jeff all the things I don't like and wish I had!) So, we're not really looking for a house yet, since we would have to sell our's first, so say a prayer that it all works out the way it's supposed to. I think that's another reason I've been so busy.
Oh, and I just have to tell you about this chocolate pudding I made Jeff tonight. SO EASY. And very yummy! You'll never believe it, but it's avocado chocolate pudding, and it literally took minutes to whip up. I had to 1/2 the recipe since I only had one avocado, but it was still great, and Jeff gobbled it up...try it! Sounds like a weird combination, but very worth it!
I really will share some pictures soon...promise.
Hope you're well! Check back soon!
