when will I learn?

Do you think I will ever understand why there are snow days on days like today? This is my 5th year teaching here, and I am still amazed pretty much every time we have a snow day. Don't get me wrong....I'm enjoying my day, but part of me feels guilty for being able to enjoy it, and run some errands, and accomplish so many things I wouldn't be able to accomplish if I had to work. BUT. It's a beautiful sun filled day- so why couldn't we just have a 2 hour delay? I guess I'll never know, and I'll just keep my mouth shut and enjoy it!
