On Thursday Kristi had her tonsils out. Everyone said it was a miserable thing for adults...and they were right!
She is miserable!
The poor thing! Last night, my parents forced her to go to the ER because she was throwing up, and they were sure she was dehydrated. They called her doctor on the way there, and after waiting for almost 2 hours, along with throwing up 7 more times, she was finally seen. They gave her an IV and some pain meds. She got 2 bags of fluid, and they reluctantly sent her home.
Today she is pretty uncomfortable- I think because she threw up so much, and threw up so much bile, that her throat is sore.
Anyway, my Mom is forcing fluids down her throat today, and we're hoping she starts to feel better. Keep her in your prayers, and I'll keep you posted!
